Disability Support Professional

As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with medium to profound disabilities. Your primary goal will be to enhance the quality of life and promote independence for our service users.
- Deliver person-centered care, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, therapists, and healthcare professionals, to develop and implement effective support plans.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any concerns or incidents promptly.
- A relevant qualification at Level 7 or above (e.g., Social Care, Social Science, Psychology, Education, Youth & Community).
- Full manual driving license with eligibility to drive in Ireland.
- Availability to work without restriction, ensuring flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the service.
