This hybrid role combines technical and business skills, allowing you to drive compliance measures and be the focal point of our clients IT Department. You will liaise with stakeholders, business owners, and 3rd parties as you conduct gap analysis and have direct exposure to DORA.

You will build relationships with the CIO, stakeholders, and other business owners as you advise them on their regulatory response to DORA and other financial regulations. Your expertise will be essential in driving the IS Department in this hands-on GRC role, focusing on compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement compliance measures to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  2. Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Build relationships with senior staff members and stakeholders to communicate compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in an IT Security GRC role.
  • Experience managing alerts and conducting gap analysis.
  • Strong understanding of DORA compliance.
