About the Role
  • Manage a team of quantity surveyors and commercial managers
  • Oversee the procurement process, including issuing tender packages and placing material orders
  • Collaborate with the contracts manager to monitor project costs and agree variations

The ideal candidate will have a degree in quantity surveying or a related field, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a similar role. They will also be commercially aware and have a strong understanding of construction contracts.
