We are seeking a seasoned professional to support the planning, implementation and assurance of operations and maintenance systems for new rail and urban transit projects.

Responsibilities include leading safety-driven Operational Readiness work streams, designing training frameworks, supporting the setup and structuring of O&M organizations, managing testing, commissioning and trial phases, contributing to operational risk assessments and coordinating with stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least 10 years of professional experience in configuration management within large-scale infrastructure, rail, transportation or safety-critical industries, strong analytical, documentation and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and willingness to travel.

  • Design and implement training frameworks for O&M staff
