Job Summary

About This Role

You will join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You'll collaborate with people across the organization to deliver high standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.

This role is an opportunity to work with multiple facets of the organization, external engineering resources, and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify permits associated with data center design, construction, and operation, and prepare permitting strategies for new sites.
  • Coordinate between internal and external project development teams to develop a permitting plan and manage its execution.
  • Engage with Authorities having Jurisdictions (AHJs) to expedite permitting timelines.
  • Introduce new projects to local jurisdictions and participate in meetings and hearings.
  • Assess and mitigate risks to the permitting process or timelines.
  • Manage active condition discharge and communicate permit conditions to operations.
  • Complete after-action reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement.
