Nurse Required for Healthcare Services
- Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated staff nurse to join our team in Sligo Adult Services. As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
- Immediate Start: This is an immediate start position, and we require a commitment from the successful candidate for the next few months with potential for relief work.
- Department of Health Rates Apply: Please note that department of health rates apply to this role.
- Grade: RNID: The ideal candidate will have experience working in disability services and be familiar with HSE paperwork/systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centered care to patients with disabilities
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes
- Documenting patient information accurately and efficiently
- Participating in handovers and contributing to the development of patient care plans
- Working Hours: The successful candidate will be required to cover shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, with hours including one unpaid break. Flexibility is essential for this role.
- Continuous Care and Rapport Building: The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with service users and provide continuous care to support their needs.
- Relief Work Opportunities: There may be opportunities for relief work in the future, which could be of interest to the successful candidate.
