Electrical Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our design team and contribute to the delivery of complex projects in various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and manage a team of engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the electrical design team and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary project delivery team.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and contribute to the development of electrical packages.
  • Monitor and improve the quality of electrical designs and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with vendors and site personnel.
  • Attend meetings and participate in the implementation of quality and design standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Third-level degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in project execution and design delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong ethical approach to safety, quality, and sustainable design.
