Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Agentic and AI Engineering Tools team, you will contribute directly to NLP People's rapidly growing AI/ML family of products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in delivering enterprise-level AI/ML solutions. You will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, integrating, and developing open source AI/ML systems and functionality to improve the overall development and operations of both NLP People's downstream AI products and upstream open source AI projects.

About the Role:
  • Prepare structured and unstructured data for analysis, including handling missing values and outliers.
  • Design and train ML models using established frameworks and architectures.
  • Assist with building and integrating model serving solutions to accommodate a variety of model architectures and accelerators.
  • Partner with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Management to identify and incorporate customer needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) for code generation, auto-completion, and intelligent suggestions to accelerate development cycles and enhance code quality.
  • Explore and experiment with emerging AI technologies relevant to software development, proactively identifying opportunities to incorporate new AI capabilities into existing workflows and tooling.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering enterprise-level AI/ML solutions.
  • Ability to design and train ML models using established frameworks and architectures.
  • Familiarity with building and integrating model serving solutions.
