Truck Fleet Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized individual to manage our growing lease and rental fleet.
Main Responsibilities:- Making sales calls to both existing and new customers
- Getting rent/lease agreements signed and on file
- Arranging towing to and from customer site
- Taking calls on break downs and getting vendor lined up to repair truck
- Ensuring all trucks are current on maintenance and repairs
- Working with internal shop to bill customer back for damages
- Working with shop to get trucks ready to go back out on rent/lease
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate records. A strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and knowledge of class 8 vehicles are essential for this role.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging leadership role within our organization. As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rental fleet. This includes managing the sales process, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all trucks are properly maintained and repaired.
In addition to your technical skills, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, as well as external partners such as vendors and customers.
