Job Opportunity

We are seeking a sales professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Packing out stock on shelves, ensuring it is visually appealing and replenishing gaps as needed.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their queries.
  • Operating cash registers and handling customer transactions efficiently.
  • Maintaining the highest standard of customer service at all times.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales by promoting special offers to customers.
  • Ensuring the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the shop floor and other areas.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • A friendly and approachable manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent attendance record and flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is advantageous but not essential.
