A top aviation organisation in the Middle East is seeking a Senior Manager Legal Counsel Technical to provide specialist legal expertise on aircraft, engine, and component contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation law, with experience in negotiating and advising on complex contracts. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The key focus areas include:
- Aircraft & engine-related agreements (GTAs, PBH, STCs)
- Leasing, sale, and purchase contracts (OEMs, wet leasing, chartering)
- MRO service agreements & airframe modifications
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction (UK, US, Australia, etc.)
- 10+ years PQE in aviation-related legal matters
- Previous airline or aviation law experience preferred
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Russian or Middle Eastern languages is highly desirable
