Job Title: Accelerated Growth Specialist
">The role of an accelerated growth specialist is to consult with a wide variety of existing businesses, finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. This requires a deep understanding of online media combined with commercial know-how. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to listen to clients needs and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

- Deliver against quarterly business growth and product growth goals while prioritizing and delivering a positive experience to Google's advertisers.">
- Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to partnership with the marketing team.">
- Establish relationships via phone calls or email and design marketing strategies using product knowledge and deliver positive customer experience to drive long-term success.">
- Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google's marketing solutions.">
Requirements:

- Experience completing work as directed and collaborating with teammates developing knowledge of relevant concepts and processes.">
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Advertising or equivalent practical experience.">
- 2 years of experience in advertising consultative sales business development online media environment or marketing roles.">
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to manage client relationships in the region.">
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in planning delivering and executing marketing campaigns measurement and creative strategy.">
- Experience in hunting acquisition and within a start-up environment.">
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and meet quotas to drive growth.">
- Ability to think strategically about issues and develop recommendations and plans with excellent analytical skills.">
- Ability to grow in a dynamic fast-changing environment.">
