Job Description

Our organization is seeking a senior platform engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Open Banking platform engineering team, you will play a critical role in advancing our platform and driving cost optimisation, efficiency, and data-driven decision making across our cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, financial acumen, and a strong ability to present data in clear, actionable ways. This role is critical to ensuring our platforms are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining cost-efficient cloud infrastructure across multiple clouds, architecting and optimizing scalable systems and applications, traversing and analyzing large datasets, developing and maintaining intuitive dashboards and visualizations, collaborating with stakeholders, automating infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and reporting, building tools and processes for efficient cost forecasting, monitoring, and accountability, and advocating for FinOps best practices across the organization.
