Job Title: Software Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Manual QA Tester to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct manual Functional and Non-Functional testing, including Integration, Exploratory, Performance, and Regression testing.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman or SOAPUI.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using bug-tracking tools such as Jira.
  • Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to test planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-5 years in manual testing, including web-based and API testing.
  • Skills: Experience with Functional, Non-Functional, and API testing. Familiarity with test management tools like Jira.
  • Agile Experience: Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for effective team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
  • Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus.
  • ISTQB or similar certification is advantageous.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
