Brand Ambassador

We call our Brand Leads the faces of our brand. As a Brand Ambassador, you are an advocate for our image, with your own unique flair.

You will collaborate with management to motivate and lead the team to achieve store goals and deliver excellence in all areas.

  • Utilize local knowledge and sales expertise to create a superior brand experience.
  • Develop into an expert in our style choices and bring them to life for our consumers.
  • Make informed decisions about what's best for our consumers, including addressing consumer concerns.
  • Embark on a journey as a brand ambassador by role modelling our behaviours, values, and style.
  • Nurture trust through collaboration and open communication.
Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Assist in the day-to-day supervision of the team.
  • Motivate teammates to deliver exceptional service.
  • Provide clear direction to focus team activity on daily objectives and review progress.
  • Lead the team to meet store goals and make your store a desirable place to work.
  • Efficiently coordinate the team across operational tasks.
