Senior Audit Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned audit professional to join our team as a Senior Audit Manager. This role will involve working closely with experienced Partners, directors, and managers on a portfolio of audit clients in the privately-owned business segment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining audit quality and consistency by leveraging global methodology and platform.
  • Managing departmental resources to ensure optimal utilization in managing client portfolios.
  • Developing staff through mentoring, training, and ongoing support.
  • Measuring performance against targets for First-Time Pass Rate, billing, net fee income, and cash collection.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant with 5 years PQE, preferably in a medium or large practice environment. They should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a natural influencer, and have strong business acumen.
