The Junior Associate will assist the Fund Operations team in overseeing fund reporting provided to administrators and other delegates. This role will support the European team in managing international investments for clients, ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.

• Take ownership of a set of funds to oversee net asset value calculations, including validating NAVs produced by fund administrators, creating and reviewing fund budgets, and analyzing total expense ratios and fee accruals.
• Support the annual and semi-annual audit process for managed funds, including assistance in completing relevant audit reporting as required.
• Process LEI and ISIN requests for new funds and annual renewals for existing funds.
• Investigate operational incidents with relevant delegates to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Work co-operatively with other internal groups in different locations and time zones.
• Actively participate in meetings and attend technical training.

• A degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships.
• Knowledge of NAV production and/or financial reporting is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide support to various members of the team.
• Outstanding time management, organizational skills, oral/written communication skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail are required.
