Responsibilities:

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring that products comply with company quality standards and relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include:
  • Inspecting incoming materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products to identify defects and document findings.
  • Analyzing quality discrepancies in assembly and production, investigating issues, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and implement control measures.
  • Enhancing product reliability and ensuring high standards of safety and performance exceeding customer expectations.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements, implement control measures, and enhance product reliability. This includes performing in-process inspections, conducting finished product audits, and detecting and analyzing defects. You will also support production in adhering to quality standards for assembly acceptability and provide guidance on rework, scrap, or use-as-is decisions for defective components and products.
