**Job Title:** Biostatistician/Epidemiologist

The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) is seeking a highly skilled Biostatistician/Epidemiologist to join our team. As a member of our School of Population Health, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining analytical tools and reporting mechanisms to support research objectives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain statistical models and algorithms to analyze health data.
  • Collaborate with clinical partners and healthcare providers to align data analysis and interpretation with project goals.
  • Oversee the timeline and deliverables of data analysis projects, ensuring milestones are met and aligned with broader project objectives.

Requirements:

  • MSc or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Epidemiology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in data management and analysis, preferably with health data or in a clinical setting.
  • Strong technical skills in statistical programming, including Python, R, or other software for interrogating data.
