Production Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and manage production teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic team, focusing on daily targets and quality standards.

  • Lead and manage production teams to meet daily targets and quality standards.
  • Attend daily production meetings and address any issues raised.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies.
  • Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train, motivate, and develop team members to enhance performance.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Quality and Maintenance, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a food production environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations/quality systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evening hours/weekends if required.
