**Clinical Sales Specialist - Renal Business Ireland Job Description**

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our sales force, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling B. Braun's renal products to customers across the country.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. Responsibilities:

  • To educate and support customers on the correct use of B. Braun renal products, ensuring continuing customer satisfaction and sales.
  • To develop and nurture relationships with customers to optimise sales potential for B. Braun.
  • Liaise with physicians, technicians, nursing personnel, and educators in the Irish hospital environment as required.
  • Commitment to providing quality patient-focused service alongside other members of the team.
  • Service assigned accounts and suggest/present new products and proactively develop new opportunities.
  • Ability to screen, evaluate, and capitalise on business development opportunities.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver training and education programs to provide customers with comprehensive offerings of B. Braun renal products.
  • Participation in the completion of tenders, working with others to ensure timely delivery.
  • Flexibility to travel to all B. Braun customers throughout the 32 counties of Ireland.
  • Ability to travel nationwide and internationally as required during the week or at weekends for attendance at relevant conferences and/or training events.
  • Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability/margins in line with delineated targets.
  • To keep abreast of developments and trends within the territory and monitor and feedback competitor activity to the business unit manager.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer, territory records through CRM and other report formats punctually and in line with management requirements.
  • To maximise use & sale of B. Braun products utilising a high standard of product knowledge and professional selling skills.
  • To uphold at all times the reputation of the Company.
  • To liaise with cross-company functional teams as required.
  • As necessary, undertake special projects to be specified by management of B. Braun.
  • Act in a professional manner at all times in order to promote a positive image of the Company.
  • In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may be reasonably required.

Requirements:

  • A qualification to degree level in Nursing with Renal Nursing Experience.
  • Proven track record within a Sales Role.
  • Hospital, Community Care Sales Experience.
  • Experience in Renal Therapies sales would be advantageous.
  • Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrative, time management, and IT skills.
  • Clean full driving license to drive in Ireland.
  • Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
