Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience at all times.
  • Be involved in everything from checking off deliveries to dealing with customer queries and ensuring that the deli is always fully stocked and appetising to customers.

  • Preparation of special orders, updating displays, cases, and other customer-facing areas.
  • Ensure work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment, and floors.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies.
  • Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Confirm compliance with company standards for all displays, products, and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers at the till.
  • Keep the shop clean and presentable.
  • Stock, tidy, and clean shelves.
  • Cash handling and safe custody of collecting cash.
  • Answer and follow up on all customer enquiries at the cash desk.
  • Adhere to Cashier Policies and Procedures at all times.
