Project Oversight Professional

This role is responsible for providing high-level project oversight for a significant AML technology project in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Operations and Management teams to ensure AML compliance is embedded in project planning, execution, resource collaboration, and integrating AML requirements into operational and technical project components.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of understanding of Fund Administration and other relevant financial disciplines, as well as strong technical backgrounds, ability to manage multiple agendas, and achieve results. They will also demonstrate strong oral, written communication and presentation skills, organizational and administrative capabilities, and take initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities.

In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the scope of projects is well-defined, milestones and project resources are tracked effectively, and projects are delivered on time. You will also work with internal stakeholders to progress the project, identify resource requirements, and take ownership of task completion to move projects forward.

Fully supporting operational teams and assisting in strategic business decision making, working with operational teams to assess current processes, map out potential improvements, and implement changes if necessary. You will also be responsible for coordinating with project and internal stakeholders to proactively and effectively move agendas forward, developing and implementing departmental procedures, minutes, and supporting governance meetings in line with internal guidelines.

We are looking for someone with a third-level qualification in Finance or a related field, a professional qualification in project management or business analysis an advantage, at least 7 years' experience in a Fund Administration, business analysis/project management experience a plus, experience in managing AML-related projects or initiatives preferred, knowledge of AML and/or Financial Crime and various fund domiciles regulatory requirements an advantage, fluency in English Language (both verbal and written) essential, and a strong technical background.
