As a Client Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for managing some of the biggest names in the light industrial market. This involves sourcing and screening CVs for vacancies, interviewing candidates to assess suitability and preparing them for client interviews, as well as managing interviews, medicals, offers and regrets.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office suite, excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, and a desire to develop a successful career in the recruitment industry.
We offer a competitive basic package, bonus structure and full training for this role.
Working Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.
- Client Management: Managing some of the biggest names in the light industrial market.
- Sourcing and Screening: Sourcing and screening CVs for vacancies.
- Candidate Assessment: Interviewing candidates to assess suitability and preparing them for client interviews.
- Interview Management: Managing interviews, medicals, offers and regrets.
