  • Extensive experience in financial management, with a significant portion in FP&A or commercial finance">
  • Experience in the construction or property industry or a related sector is advantageous">
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing finance teams and leading cross-functional projects">
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, modelling, and advanced Excel skills">
  • Familiarity with financial planning and analysis software and business intelligence tools">
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices">
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data">
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning">
  • Strong communication skills to engage with senior leadership, investor relations, auditors, and design consultants, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism">
