Requirements:

- Experience in the construction or property industry or a related sector is advantageous">
- Proven leadership experience, including managing finance teams and leading cross-functional projects">
- Proficiency in financial analysis, modelling, and advanced Excel skills">
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis software and business intelligence tools">
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices">
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data">
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning">
