Job Overview

This key leadership role focuses on driving business excellence through process improvement, strategic analysis, and exceptional stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and peers.
  • Utilize data analytics and other tools to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and adoption of best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and cost savings.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Strong understanding of business process design, improvement, and management (BPR, BPI, BPM) concepts and approaches.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agile design experience/certification a plus.
