Commercial Field Engineer Job

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Field Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service-based organization, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge security and technology solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve technical service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and take ownership of complex service calls to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and adhere to reporting standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve service operations and customer experience
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional capacity
  • Support continuous improvement of service processes
  • Ensure that tools, equipment, and service vehicles are in good working order
  • Participate in the on-call roster as required

Some limited travel may be necessary to fulfill client requirements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in electronic security integration, including enterprise-level systems
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic security technologies, including CCure, Lenel, Genetec, and Prowatch
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and IP-based system configuration
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Commercially aware with the ability to contribute to service process improvements
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Full, clean driving license is essential
