Strategy Manager

We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our Strategy team in Ireland. This opportunity will allow you to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our practice and contributing to building a better working world for our people, clients, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior leaders at clients to help them formulate and execute their corporate strategy, including defining organisational purpose, outlining strategic objectives, identifying key customer segments, and planning market entry.
  • Conducting Data Analysis: Analyse market trends, customer and competitor dynamics, and develop options for business growth.
  • Delivering Commercial Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive analysis to determine the attractiveness and viability of potential investments, supporting informed decision-making processes.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities with existing clients, craft proposals outlining how services can support clients, and participate in recruitment efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Intellectual Curiosity: Passionate about solving complex problems, hardworking, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanour, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, collaboration, and desire to learn and coach others.
  • Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis: Ability to develop and effectively communicate logical, structured thought processes, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, written English skills, presentation skills, ability to build trusting relationships, time management skills, and effective navigation of stakeholder environments.
