Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support and advice to Management, ensuring a collaborative working environment.
  • Participate in the Recruitment and Selection Process, identifying top talent for key roles.
  • Prepare contracts of employment and assist with initial induction processes, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Support the implementation of Company policies and procedures, promoting compliance and best practices.
  • Deal with Disciplinary and Grievance processes, resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, enhancing overall job satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in a Human Resource role, preferably with experience in employee relations issues.
  • Recognised 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management, ideally CIPD qualified.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law, its practices, and effective application.
  • Experience in providing advice and guidance at management level, influencing business decisions.
