Cloud Infrastructure Strategist

This role is responsible for guiding teams in technical decision-making, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop infrastructure as code (IAC) using best practices to streamline deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design cloud-native, scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Engage with cloud architects to review AWS environments and improve performance while managing costs.
  • Act as the primary liaison for cloud strategy across departments to ensure alignment and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in designing, building, and releasing processes for multiple environments to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • In-depth understanding of Infrastructure as Code and Cloud Technologies, especially AWS, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, Packer, Jenkins, Ansible, Atlantis, and monitoring tools to leverage automation and optimize workflows.
  • Knowledge of Agile and PCD methodologies to drive project delivery and team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise in AWS services such as WAF, CloudFront, API Gateway, EC2 to enhance solution capabilities.
  • Experience with Red Hat and Amazon Linux to support diverse environment needs.
  • Continuous delivery experience on large projects to drive high-quality outcomes and efficient delivery.
