Practice Operations Director

Overview of the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice, including managing meetings, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing facilities and inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the practice
  • Run recruiting campaigns and the full employee lifecycle
  • Work directly with managers on performance management, change management, and people development
  • Manage all HR administration needs, such as updating and maintaining employee files and answering employee queries
  • Create and execute staff engagement initiatives
  • Develop and implement better processes across billing, filing, accounts payable, scheduling, and reporting
  • Troubleshoot IT issues and lead the rollout of new software programs to the practice
  • Solely responsible for partner schedules
  • Manage the practice website and social media updates
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR Administration and Recruitment experience
  • 2+ years of Office Management experience
  • Professional services industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Ability to 'roll up your sleeves' with willingness to assist with various tasks
