Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Compound Supervisor to take on key responsibilities in our outbound logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational efficiency from all compound/port activities
  • Implement process improvements as required
  • Maintain KPI's at optimal levels
  • Complete damage paperwork accurately and on time, adhering to customer requirements
  • Ensure unit handling standards are maintained
  • Promote quality and inspection standards for all units
  • Conduct work safely, efficiently, and to the required standard
  • Maintain ISO management systems and processes, developing them where necessary
  • Ensure compliance with driver and transporter standards
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, leading by example
  • Manage/supervise staff on the port & compound to achieve stated objectives
  • Communicate effectively with staff and foster good working relationships
  • Resolve performance issues promptly
