We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:- HR Support: Assist with day-to-day HR tasks across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Support and coach managers on people management issues and oversee employee relations cases such as grievances, absences, and performance concerns.
- Manager Assistance: Support managers with routine people management queries and escalate more complex employee relations issues to senior HR colleagues.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and help ensure HR processes comply with relevant policies and legislation.
- Performance & Development Support: Help track training needs and support the coordination of development activities and performance review processes.
- Project Involvement: Assist with the implementation of HR projects and change initiatives as directed by senior team members.
- Reporting & Systems: Prepare basic HR reports (e.g., absence, turnover), support recruitment administration, and help manage employee benefits and payroll data entry.
- Experience in HR administration and generalist roles
- Strong understanding of employment law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
