Job Description

As a senior finance leader, you will be responsible for driving transformation and delivering strategic business outcomes through the implementation of modern finance processes.

You will partner with clients to define business outcomes and ensure ERP design is aligned to these objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define current and target operating models, including roles, process taxonomies, and enabling technologies.
  • Perform change impact assessments to understand implications across people, process, and technology.
  • Design future-state finance processes and roles, often aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud's modern best practice frameworks.
  • Support clients throughout the implementation journey, guiding them on how best to adopt new processes and technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience leading finance teams within industry, with demonstrated expertise in one or more core areas such as Financial Control, Operational Processing (e.g., Accounts Payable), or Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Ability to drive operational improvements and lead teams through process change, automation, and systems implementation.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and how they contribute to both operational and strategic business outcomes.
