Job Title: Chief Quality and Patient Safety Director
KCR is currently recruiting a seasoned healthcare professional for a dynamic organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a unified quality and patient safety strategy across multiple hospitals, driving continuous improvement in services and systems, and leading diverse teams within clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing a comprehensive quality and patient safety framework.
- Managing and guiding cross-functional teams within complex healthcare settings.
- Analyzing data to inform strategic decisions on quality and patient safety.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree in Healthcare or equivalent qualification. An MSc in Quality/Healthcare is highly desirable.
- Ongoing professional development at the appropriate level.
- A proven track record of leadership and management success in a healthcare setting.
Desirable Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- An effective advocate and negotiator.
- Proficiency in IT tools to support quality, data analysis, and reporting functions.
Benefits:
