Job Title: Generative AI Annotation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Annotation Specialist to enhance the quality of large language models.

The ideal candidate has experience in data annotation, with expertise in working with diverse datasets and developing guidelines for consistent high-quality classification. They possess excellent communication skills, flexibility, and analytical ability.

  • High proficiency in Hebrew & English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR
  • Undergraduate university degree with diverse representation across domains required by the business
  • Understanding common social norms (Social dynamics, social media, popular culture)
  • Other key competencies include:
    • Ability to reference online resources, rephrase, and write cohesive accurate responsive answers to prompts in the perspective of a LLM
    • Ability to ask and/or answer specialized domain free-form prompts at university-level difficulty
    • Experience of data and trend analysis, and insights
    • Developing and implementing various initiatives
    • Working in constantly changing environments
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple activities simultaneously and executing decisions with judgment and discretion
    • Strong performance ethos and personal commitment to achieving outstanding customer performance
