About the Role:
  • Lead Financial Partner: Provide strategic direction and act as a lead financial partner to the UK Senior Leadership team on key commercial initiatives across the UK market.
  • Financial Insights: Furnish the UK Senior Leadership team with a comprehensive monthly financial update, analysing the latest trading and financial performance, including insights on areas for improvement in both trade and operating costs.

You will work collaboratively with the global team on the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes and ensure UK plans are aligned to overall group financial plans.

Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant with 5+ years progressive experience working in a strategic or finance, commercially focused role, in a consulting practice or industry.
  • High level of commercial and financial acumen with the ability to formulate and clearly communicate analysis, insight and recommendations for future strategies.
