Site Operations Manager

As a Site Operations Manager, you will oversee the entire construction process of our residential development project in County Louth. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take charge of site operations, lead and manage site teams, and coordinate daily activities such as scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics.
You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to guarantee smooth project execution. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, provide regular updates to senior management, and implement and enforce health and safety protocols in compliance with Irish construction regulations.
To succeed in this position, you will require proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in large-scale residential construction, a strong understanding of Irish construction standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices. You should also possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus. A valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certification are also required.
