About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team in Limerick. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, and crockery
  • Assisting with the receipt and storage of deliveries, ensuring that all food and supplies are properly labeled and stored
  • Properly disposing of waste and recyclables, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
  • Supporting our chefs with basic food preparation tasks as required, demonstrating a strong ability to work as part of a team

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

About You

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. While prior experience is not essential, we welcome applicants who have worked in similar roles or have a passion for cooking and hospitality.
