Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tenant Registration Co-ordinator to join our Property Professional team. The successful candidate will support the requirements of asset managers regarding utilities and register tenants for utility services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to work with a dynamic and challenging team, driving customer relationships and ensuring positive engagement that contributes to customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to facilitate new site connections and register new tenants.
  • Successfully register new tenants for utility accounts, including electricity and heat services.
  • Contact potential new customers and provide them with information on terms and conditions.
  • Send out large volume SMS notifications related to our developments.
  • Maintain a register of new tenant registrations.
