We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a Cloud Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for empowering SAP customers with development topics like HANA vector engine, CAP, LLM, RAG, HANA ML and ISLM topics.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a trusted Associate Business Process Consultant in some of SAP's world-renowned products, including S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud, and a range of Application-based products.
  • Provide Global Mission Critical support for issue resolution in your specific area of expertise.
  • Deliver AI projects involving Cloud Application programming model and SAP Gen AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Development, Sales and Operational organisations within SAP to ensure End-to-End analysis of a customer business solution to execute the best engagement plan to safeguard their solution as an engineer, project manager or Technology advisor.
  • Support SAP customers on their S/4HANA Digital transformation journeys and AI adoption journeys through different services part of PE Max attention portfolio.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2-3 years' working experience with proven ability in a customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics, Maths, Engineering.
  • Technical inquisitive nature with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lead by example with technical competency to provide coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen.
