We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing production processes, ensuring the efficient use of equipment and resources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and experience working with production teams. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including new product introductions and process improvements. You will be responsible for troubleshooting product functionality, managing production equipment, and coordinating with operations to ensure readiness.

  • Troubleshoot product functionality as related to fixture, tooling, and/or process-related issues.
  • Manage all production equipment on site, contributing to long-term departmental goals and bringing a strategic lens to engineering decisions.
  • Lead production line setup for new product introductions and coordinate with operations to ensure readiness.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement work instructions, process flow charts, and training materials for production teams.
  • SME on change management, MCO/ECO/PIM using Agile systems.
  • Manage procuring and implementing new capital equipment for capacity or product launches.
