About the Role:
This position involves working as part of an IT audit team, conducting a range of audits, inspections, control, risk and compliance reviews for regulators and financial service providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing audit or inspection fieldwork, liaising with audit staff and client management to ensure that all aspects of the audit process are satisfactorily completed, completing audit work programmes and test plans, and contributing to drafting audit reports including audit findings and recommendations.
About You:
The ideal candidate will hold an IT, systems, business or similar graduate degree, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in IT auditing in a professional services firm, financial services firm or regulator. Previous IT audit or risk management experience in the financial services sector, including banking or insurance, would be advantageous. Proven experience in auditing cyber security, PSD2, AML, and EBA guidelines is required. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of financial services regulatory standards, including EBA and CBI, and a registered IT audit qualification, such as CISA, CISM or equivalent. Strong technical knowledge, project management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organizational and planning capabilities are essential.
