Sought after by our esteemed organization are talented individuals with a keen interest in automation and controls to join us as a Building Management Systems Technical Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates or junior engineers looking to kickstart their career in BMS. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the chance to assist in the design, commissioning and support of BMS systems across various cutting-edge projects.

Working closely with senior engineers and project managers, you will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading BMS technologies such as Trend, Tridium or Cylon. The role involves both on-site and office-based work, where no two days are the same. You will learn the full project lifecycle from specification and design, through to programming, installation and commissioning.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in electrical engineering, building services, mechatronics or a related field
  • Electrically Qualified
  • A passion for automation, controls or energy-efficient building systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
  • Ideally some exposure to HVAC or BMS systems (through a placement, internship, or coursework)
