About Us

We are seeking a Senior Reservations Agent to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can achieve targets, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly.

  • Manage the Resort Reservations mailbox and focus on Group Rooming Lists, inputting all rooms while upselling.
  • Responsible for training new staff on all systems.
  • Have full knowledge of the Resort Rate Structure, including various packages on offer.
  • Liaise directly with hotel reservation enquiries from quotation to confirmation to arrival.
  • Ensure every effort is made to confirm leisure and dining, transport requirements when guests make reservations and again when confirming their stay prior to arrival.
  • Enter reservations correctly into the system.
  • Book room, dining, SAP, golf, leisure, and transport for guests.
  • Deal with Tour Operators regarding bookings made and pre-payment required.
  • Complete weekly reports as required, i.e., arrival report, VIP report, etc.
Requirements
  • A highly motivated and driven individual.
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Knowledge of Opera is desirable.
