Budget Coordination Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Budget Coordinator to join our finance team. As a key member of the department, you will provide high-quality financial and administrative support through vendor management, financial planning and analysis, and business reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain individual budget estimates, analyze actual spend versus forecast, and adjust forecast as needed.
  • Process invoices and handle payment workflow.
  • Create and maintain detailed invoice tracking documents of actual spend per invoice.
  • Track invoice spend versus individual Purchase Orders.
  • Generate weekly/monthly and quarter-end financial reports for new and ongoing projects.
  • Review monthly expense reports versus supplied paperwork and enter expense data into the system.


Key Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years in finance, accounting, or business.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter who demonstrates initiative.
  • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build effective business partnerships.
