Project Coordinator - Window and Door Specialist

Job Description:

  • Supervise the execution of window and door installation projects ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients to determine project scope, specifications, and timelines.
  • Schedule and manage project resources, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Act as primary contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet client expectations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  3. Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination and management in the window and door industry.
  • Strong knowledge of window and door products, installation techniques, and industry trends.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
