Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised counselling services to clients, including assessments and therapy sessions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, professionals, and clients.
  • Adhere to clinical governance principles, risk management, and child protection guidelines.
  • Utilise IT systems to maintain accurate records, databases, and statistics.
Essential Requirements:
  • A qualification at Level 7 or higher on the QQI framework in a human science discipline or a health and social care profession.
  • Experience in conducting assessments and providing one-to-one therapy with diverse client presenting issues.
  • Familiarity with current child protection guidelines and IT systems for record-keeping.
  • A full driving license and access to a car.
