As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive solutions that address our clients' risks and meet their business needs. Your primary focus will be on identifying high-potential opportunities, developing strategies to engage clients with tailored offerings, and contributing to Commercial Action plans by identifying target clients for proactive solution sales amongst prospects and existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have a technology-oriented background, experience in technical sales, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation skills, a focus on delivering results and client excellence, relationship building and networking capabilities, and strong external partner management experience are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategy for new customer solution acquisition in alignment with Irish and European initiatives.
  • Conduct commercial client visits and solution demonstrations.
  • Perform site risk analyses to understand clients risk profiles and underlying needs.
  • Work closely with operational business units and the commercial department to cross-sell and up-sell protective services to new and existing medium to large clients, integrating relevant technology to form a solution.
  • Train and develop Branch Managers and Sales Teams in solution sales and the use of available tools and processes.
  • Evaluate the impact of proposed solutions on clients processes and prepare transition plans.
  • Ensure seamless handover to the delivery team while staying involved throughout implementation phase.
