Job Description

The role of Group Pensions Premiums Team Administrator is a key position within Zurich Life Assurance plc, focusing on delivering high-quality services to customers. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with the Corporate Life & Pensions team to ensure seamless contribution uploads and accurate reconciliations.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring that pension scheme contributions are uploaded correctly and efficiently.
  2. Coordinating all required actions and controls around the contribution upload process to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  3. Reconciling group scheme contribution accounts and recording accurate details.
  4. Communicating effectively with scheme contacts to ensure timely applications and requesting outstanding information when necessary.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A third-level qualification and strong numerical ability.
  • An excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with pension scheme contribution processes (desired).
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
